I would love to tour West Point. It is so incredibly sad how much the world has changed since 9/11. I'm sorry that my kid will never be able to grow up and do the simple things like, walk a friend up to the gate at the airport or be there waiting when she/he steps right off the plane. Unable to drive through West Point on a whim and the million other things we all used to just imagine would always be a part of our daily lives.bernthishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05905337047538489562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31542820.post-14580392653922980632009-07-12T19:47:27.621-04:002009-07-12T19:47:27.621-04:00hmmm... i probably would have see a place where so...hmmm... i probably would have see a place where so many people of so many different backgrounds came together to worshippainted maypolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06446625015003854710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31542820.post-10271864144934321302009-07-10T12:08:17.071-04:002009-07-10T12:08:17.071-04:00Love those pictures. Weird, eh. But then you showed the picture of the organ and suddenly it makes perfect sense. Yes, order. What else would a chapel reveal? Oh, maybe a little transcendence but that's hard to photograph.Woman in a Windowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14747858840088922077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31542820.post-812145980370446792009-07-09T01:03:48.942-04:002009-07-09T01:03:48.942-04:00I love these pictures, so beautiful and rhythmicI love these pictures, so beautiful and rhythmicflutterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11828689769747130419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31542820.post-47595769625041388592009-07-08T16:57:24.477-04:002009-07-08T16:57:24.477-04:00I'm curious as to the look of the altar. it al...I'm curious as to the look of the altar. it always fascinates me to see how "high" above the congregation of churches, chapels, synagogues, etc. the officiants are placed.
