The Beauty of Graphs

There is something about using an idiosyncratic data set to generate an illustration that appeals to my sense of whimsy. I found this link at the Hotfessional - I think it makes a remarkably pretty picture of my blog, turning it into a constellation.

Ooooh, very pretty. They're all so different, aren't they?

I love that -- loved watching it unfurl, especially.

My brother's artwork is all about this -- turning data into art.

Purty, as my sister likes to say of her own data. :)

That is really pretty but mostly just plain mind-boggling to me. The relationship between math and life leaves me in a stupor and strangely enough gets my husband simply randy.

Should I be concerned that mine morphed into an elaborate pointillist portrait of Don Knotts? Probably.

I never thought HTML code could be so majestic. I have to show my husband this, he's going to get so turned on, he's a geek like that.

Wow. I kind of want to switch my existing design to this one, somehow. Very cool.
